Diaper discipline

Hi, I'm Andy. I love the simple things in life, like the feeling of a clean diaper. I have autism, and the routine and tactile sensation of wearing diapers provide me with a deep sense of calm. The gentle compression and constant feel of the material are grounding and help muffle external sensory chaos. I especially enjoy the soft crinkle and the full, heavy feeling after a wetting. It’s a reassuring and predictable sensation. The soft rustle of my diaper as I move around is another gentle reminder that I’m snug and comforted. It’s a simple, comforting part of my day that helps me navigate the world with less stress. I’m a bit shy at first, but once you get to know me, you’ll see that I’m a big kid at heart. I enjoy quiet time, listening to music, and watching my favorite cartoons. Cuddling with my favorite plushie and sucking on my paci when I’m feeling extra small always help me feel safe and happy. I’m not looking for anything specific, just happy to be me.
